Site Policies |
| 5 days notice required to cancel, or you
will be charged for one day. If you call within 48 hours of your reservation you
are subject to and could be charged for the entire
length or your reservation. |

Sturgis Rally Cancellation Policies-
There is a $100 per site deposit required to
hold your reservation, 30 day notice is required
for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to
30 days from your reservation your deposit will
be refunded less $30. If you cancel less than 30
days from your reservation deposit less $30 can
be refunded if we are able to fill your
reservation for the same number of days as your
reservation. |

July 4th & Buffalo Round up cancellation policies-
There is a $50 per site deposit required to hold your
reservation, 15 day notice is required for
cancellations. Cancellations made prior to 15 days from
your reservation your deposit will be refunded back less
$20. If you cancel less than 15 days from your
reservation deposits less $20 can be refunded if we are
able to fill your reservation for the same number of
days as your
reservation.

Pets/Smoking, 3 Night Min., Payment Due in Full

for the same number of days as your
reservation. |
