At Custer's Gulch RV Park and Campground we offer fantastic Black Hills camping with a family-friendly atmosphere. Our park is open from April 15 to October 31 each year (weather permitting), so you can enjoy camping with us during the most beautiful seasons. Join us for a comfortable, relaxing camping experience -- just 22 miles from the Mount Rushmore National Memorial!

Full hookups

RV Park For our RV guests, we have full hook-ups with 20, 30, and 50 amps of power, water, and sewer connections. We have both back-in and pull-thru sites and free wi-fi wireless internet access throughout the park. Tent campers are also welcome. Daily and weekly reservations are both available online (just give us a call if you're interested in monthly rates). Be sure to take advantage of our special weekly rate -- stay for six nights and get the seventh night free.

We offer great online member discounts (10% off for AAA; 10% off for Good Sam Club; and 10% off for Escapees). We also offer a 10% discount for Disabled Veterans or Active Military members with a valid I.D.

Because holidays are a popular time at our Black Hills RV park, we ask that all our guests book a minimum of three nights over July 4 and other major camping holiday weekends.

Member discounts

Pets welcome Pets are welcome at Custer's Gulch RV Park and Campground, though we do ask that you not bring any aggressive dogs. We allow a maximum of four pets per campsite and ask that all dogs be kept on a leash while in the park. While you're here, be sure to enjoy our clubhouse, hiking trails, volleyball, and horseshoe pit! We also have clean laundry and bathhouse facilities with hot showers and flush toilets.
